Responsibilities

Oversee and mentor all Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Provisionally Licensed Behavior Analysts (PLBAs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs) on the team, providing guidance and clinical support as needed
Conduct regular performance reviews in collaboration with Human Resources (HR), ensuring ongoing professional development and adherence to company standards
Facilitate conflict resolution among team members and between staff, clients, and families, in collaboration with HR, to promote a positive and productive working environment
Provide effective and timely communications to employees regarding initiatives, requirements, policies and procedures; ensure compliance and provide follow up training for remediation or career development
Communicate with families and communities about Latitude’s services and programs; including informational parent meetings, attending community events and sponsoring activities supporting Latitude’s clients and their families
Provide clinical support and supervision to ensure the effective implementation of treatment plans, conducting fidelity checks on treatment plan writing and session execution
Review and ensure the accurate and timely documentation of client progress, including assistance with data collection and outcome measurement
Conduct regular meetings with BCBAs to review cases, monitor clinical progress, and ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery
Ensure the team is consistently meeting productivity standards, including the completion of daily sessions, verification of sessions, and other required activities
Maintain a reduced caseload of a minimum of 16 billable hours per week (64 billable hours per month) to allow for a focused and supportive leadership role within the team
Complete all session documentation and billing within 24 hours of service delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
Provide comprehensive training to caregivers, equipping them with the necessary skills and strategies to support the implementation of behavior plans and promote progress
Ensure teams consistently meet billable targets and complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
Manage and maintain all data systems in accordance with BACB and company standards and requirements; ensure all employees are following proper protocols and policies relative to documentation and data collection
Prepare and provide clinical and operational data relative to clinic/team metrics to key stakeholders
Monitor and support staff adherence to company policies, including proper handling of paid time off (PTO) requests and leave submissions
Assist with special projects such as virtual parent training programs, student analyst training, school contracts, university collaborations, and other initiatives to enhance team performance and client outcomes
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of the department

Required

Master's Degree
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Missouri Behavior Analyst License
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
CPR (Adult, Child, and Infant) Certified
First Aid Certified
FCSR background check clearance
