Senior Network Contractor

EWINGS INC. is hiring a Senior Network Contractor to rapidly build and scale outpatient specialty supply across Texas, focusing on ambulatory surgery centers and high-spend surgical episodes. This role is responsible for market build strategy and contracting execution, ensuring a launch-ready network on aggressive timelines.

Responsibilities

Own the Texas network build plan and sequencing across priority and secondary markets, based on practical access expectations and market demand
Lead contracting with ASCs and specialty groups to stand up complete sites of service, ensuring required episode components are covered
Negotiate fixed flat fees for imaging and episode-based bundled arrangements for surgical care, with clear definitions of scope and included services
Manage the provider pipeline end-to-end, driving contracting velocity, documentation completeness, risk escalation, and go-live readiness
Support scale by mentoring additional resources as assigned and reinforcing consistent outreach and contracting standards

Required

10+ years of healthcare provider contracting and network development experience, including in Texas
Proven success in contracting ambulatory surgery centers and specialty surgical groups at scale
Experience with episode pricing or bundled services contracting
Strong understanding of full outpatient episode components required for delivery: facility, surgeon, anesthesia, imaging, and ancillary services
High execution speed with strong pipeline discipline in fast-paced, high-volume build environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consistent track record of driving negotiations to closure

Preferred

Experience building networks for self-funded employer populations
Track record selling non-traditional contracting models to independent or physician-owned ASCs
Familiarity with anesthesia contracting constraints and common negotiation structures
Experience designing geographic coverage using referral patterns and practical access expectations
