Responsibilities

Lead end‑to‑end program execution using Kanban/Scrumban methodologies, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery
Manage multi‑vendor and cross‑functional teams to drive alignment, resolve dependencies, and achieve program objectives
Ensure strict compliance with GxP and SOX standards across all technical and operational activities
Develop and maintain program roadmaps, status reports, and stakeholder communications with clarity and precision
Identify risks, issues, and process gaps while implementing mitigation strategies and continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with engineering, QA, and business teams to ensure technical solutions meet regulatory, functional, and performance requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑vendor teams and drive execution using Kanban/Scrumban methodologies
