Responsibilities
Working with the HR Leadership team on creating onboarding resources to provide an overview of the benefits plans and enrollment processes through narrated PowerPoints and videos
Collaborating with the HR Leadership team on reviewing and updating process maps for offer letters and onboarding while evaluating the hiring stages and responsibilities workflow through ADP
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
Valid driver's license
Pass a background check
Must be able to work on-site in Indianapolis, IN without relocation assistance
Preferred
Any related certifications or coursework in Human Resources would be advantageous
Any exposure to the construction industry, human resources, or relevant internships would be a plus
Military service a plus
Bilingual a plus
