Responsibilities
Manage professional inboxes for the Vice Dean and Executive Director; oversee meeting requests, complex scheduling, and preparation of critical program paperwork
Maintain and update the departmental 'Playbook' and all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); ensure institutional knowledge is documented and scalable
Primary administrative lead for the CASAC program, working in conjunction with the WSSW CASAC Director to manage requirements and tracking
Oversee tracking for the Writing Center, provisional student status, and mandatory certifications (Child Abuse/Trauma) for all programs
Design and create digital feedback forms for all events; track and centralize responses into master reports for leadership
Manage semester book lists and coordinate textbook orders for new faculty
Actively explore and implement AI tools to streamline administrative tasks and data tracking
Attend bi-monthly Faculty meetings (remote) and take notes; track grade submissions in Banner for the Women's cohort
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Minimum of five years of high-level administrative experience is required
Ability to see the 'big picture' and build systems (SOPs) that improve the program
A dedicated interest in learning and applying AI and automations to become more efficient
Advanced Excel, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, Canvas, and Banner
Deep familiarity with the Haredi Community
Preferred
Two years of college preferred
