Responsibilities
Assist in researching and drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and memoranda
Help with reviewing and summarizing contracts, vendor agreements, and employee-related documents
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, marketing, and procurement, on legal issues impacting business operations
Assist in maintaining legal files, databases, and records
Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders and assist in offering legal guidance on day-to-day matters
Support with other ad hoc legal projects, as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with data and draw actionable insights
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Excellent communication skills
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while taking ownership of initiatives
