Responsibilities

Manage fleet truck maintenance
Work oncall for emergency situations including weather events
Have a minimum of 2 years managing and supervising Maintenance team, skilled construction trades, overall building repairs, 5 years of hands-on experience is preferred
Have Strong working knowledge of HVAC (troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC repairs), skilled construction trades, electrical and plumbing knowledge, and overall building repairs
Be experienced using CMMS systems, completing work orders, conducting QA audits, assigning and following up on work orders, as well as implementing and managing a preventative maintenance program efficiently
Experience managing outside vendor services and procurement of repair parts and project materials
Extraordinary customer service, relationship building with client and staff, and effective communication skills
Strong leadership skills with a focus on staff development and team building while managing workforce productivity
Ability to send concise and effective communication via email
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, Keystone CMMS
The ability to train, present, interact with C Suite clients and all skilled trades
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects
Understands the importance and commits to workplace safety and Quality of Life services

Required

A valid Driver's License and clear background is required for this position
