The intern will analyze data, build dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance product adoption and user satisfaction on the internal CRM platform.

Responsibilities
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities
Build internal dashboards, support KPI tracking, cohort analysis
Support workforce management through data driven insights
Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, notes, and process mapping
Partner with cross-functional teams (Ops, Product, Sales, Finance) to support ongoing initiatives
Present findings and recommendations in concise summaries
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business, Economics, Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel/Google Sheets required)
Experience with Python/R, A/B testing, or basic statistics
Clear written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex topics for different audiences
Strong organization and attention to detail; can manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred
Familiarity with SQL and/or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn; comfortable in fast-paced environments
