AV/VTC Engineer
GCA is a Small Disadvantaged Veteran Owned company supporting several government contracts. They are seeking an AV/VTC Engineer to assist with the installation, operation, integration, and troubleshooting of AV/VTC and networking equipment for the U.S. Army TRADOC VTC/AV Support Services program.

Responsibilities
Install, pull, terminate, and test audio-visual (AV) cables, connectors, and interfaces
Install projection screens, plasma displays/TVs, and various types of speakers
Install and integrate AV/VTC systems at client sites
Read blueprints and wire AV/VTC equipment racks
Manage AV/VTC projects involving various makes and models of equipment
Demonstrate knowledge of wire types and connector standards used in AV/VTC systems
Qualification
Required
Experience operating and troubleshooting HP networking equipment (switches)
Expert-level knowledge of AV and VTC equipment integration, operation, and compatibility
Thorough understanding of testing, analysis, and corrective action for systems, networks, hardware, and software in a professional AV/VTC environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio
Active Secret clearance
IAT Level I Certification (CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, or higher)
