Responsibilities
Pull and compile financial data from multiple sources to support accurate and timely project reporting
Analyze financial information, including budgets, expenditures, and variances, to identify trends, risks, and discrepancies
Develop clear and professional financial graphs, dashboards, and visual aids to communicate project performance
Prepare and present financial reports and briefings to customers and stakeholders, both virtually and in person
Conduct detailed financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in coordination with project and finance teams
Provide financial analysis to support decision-making, cost control, and resource allocation
Monitor financial performance against project schedules and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives
Support ongoing updates to program financial records and integrated master schedules using MS Project and other reporting tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 0 to 3 years of relevant project management or project analysis experience, or Master's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience, or High School degree and 6 years relevant experience
Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, financial tracking, and reporting
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information to stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a structured environment
Must be eligible to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
Current US Citizen
Preferred
Active Secret security clearance preferred
PMP certification is a plus
Experience supporting government or DoD programs
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
