The After-School Program Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing afterschool programs, ensuring high-quality delivery of activities and managing participant engagement.

Resolving any issues that may arise during program hours
Monitoring the programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and student needs
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Program Management and Program Development, including the ability to design and oversee educational and enrichment activities for school-aged children
Proficiency in Project Management, including organizing, implementing, and coordinating activities within set timelines and budgets
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues
Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it within the first 90 days of employment
Preferred
Experience working with youth in an educational or enrichment program setting is highly preferred
Bachelor's degree in education, child development, or a related field is a plus
