Responsibilities
Support systems engineering, integration, and testing activities for a major Program of Record
Participate in Mechanical Hardware IPTs to support verification planning and test execution
Develop and manage system verification plans for deliverable mechanical components
Support system test planning and execution for large-scale integrated mechanical systems
Contribute to requirements development and management activities
Apply MBSE principles and system modeling practices where applicable
Collaborate within a cross-functional engineering environment to meet program objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related Science, Engineering, Technology, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline
2+ years of job-related experience
OR master's degree with 6 months of job-related experience
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance within a reasonable time after hire
U.S. Citizenship required
Understanding of systems engineering principles and technical standards
Preferred
MBSE proficiency (MagicDraw experience is highly desired)
Requirements management and development experience
System verification planning and development experience
System test planning and execution experience
Background in mechanical engineering or mechanical systems
