Assist with routine office tasks such as organizing inventory, labeling parts, and preparing equipment scheduled to be delivered
Learn to identify parts and equipment used in copiers/printers
Shadow technicians on supervised site visits to train for the position
Assist with pre-visit checklists and post-visit service logs
Observe and assist in basic maintenance tasks in the office under supervision
Learn proper documentation procedures and service tracking
Receive training in workplace safety, communication, and professionalism
Qualification
