Responsibilities

Develop software for controlling and automating a novel additive manufacturing process
Work with a team of software engineers, process, mechanical, and applications engineers, to accomplish tasks
Work as a developer on the Machine Control, Slicer, and test software suites
Work within a production software environment on critical path tasks and projects
Implement new user interface features in a React environment
Contribute to an integration test suite and write unit tests for a Python/C++ codebase
Work to make feature improvements and automate manual steps

Required

Comfortable with Python, C/C++, Git, and UNIX/Linux environments
You take ownership of your projects - can complete tasks in a timely manner
You have experience writing software that interacts with physical hardware
You are adaptable and excel when working in a fast-paced environment
Pursuing a degree in CE and/or EE (or a related discipline)

Preferred

Experience with Javascript, embedded systems, Bash, and Jira are a bonus
Familiarity with CAD, mesh modeling, 3D printing, controls theory, or robotics is desirable
Past industry co-ops or internships strongly desired
