New entities, integrations, aggregations, CodeGen
Backfill coordination (excluding Redshift)
Self-service and automation to reduce friction
OpEx, data quality, and on-call ownership for activation flows
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products or platforms
Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience
Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations
Experience in building, operating large scale web
Experience in Agile software development
Very strong verbal and written communication
Assertive and high presentation skills
Proven experience in growing people
