Responsibilities
Use GenAI, machine learning concepts, and advanced analytics to surface insights and accelerate analytical workflows
Build, maintain, and evolve Power BI dashboards and semantic models aligned to enterprise KPIs and departmental goals
Perform deep exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across customers, providers, and operations
Apply strong Python and SQL skills to support analytics, reporting, and insight generation across the organization
Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into scalable, high-impact analytics solutions
Ensure data accuracy and trust by monitoring data quality, metadata, lineage, and governance standards
Contribute to the ongoing development of our Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Lake, integrating data from multiple source systems
Enable and support self-service analytics through strong data modeling, documentation, and AI-assisted insights
Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to improve performance, scalability, and reliability of the analytics ecosystem
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related data role
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design
Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouses and Data Lakes
Hands-on experience with modern cloud-based data platforms, including AWS (e.g., S3, RDS/Aurora, data pipelines)
2+ years of experience using GenAI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot 365, ChatGPT, Claude) in analytical or business workflows
Working knowledge of machine learning and data science concepts as applied to real business problems
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions
Intellectual curiosity and a genuine interest in emerging analytics, AI, and cloud technologies
