InternRedwire Defense Tech is a recognized leader in uncrewed aircraft systems and related technologies. They are seeking a SkillBridge Candidate to gain hands-on experience in production planning, flight operations support, and program management within the UAS industry.

Responsibilities
Integrate into the organization by participating in orientation programs
Familiarize self with company policies, culture, and key personnel
Engage in team-building activities to foster collaboration
Learn about the production processes of unmanned aerial vehicles and subcomponents
Understand the requirements of government and commercial contracts
Observe and participate in quality control and assurance processes
Familiarize self with program management operations and complete meaningful projects to exercise skills learned during on-the-job training
Assist in tracking project milestones, deliverables, and timelines
Participate in team meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions
Travel to each Redwire Defense Tech location to experience operations at each site
Qualification
Required
Strong previous UAS Military experience
Preferred
Experience directly related to Program Management
Located within or near Huntsville, AL
