Responsibilities
Design and develop the full IAM metrics framework, including KPIs and KRIs specific to Identity & Access Management
Build automated dashboards and executive-ready reporting in Power BI
Differentiate reporting for: IAM operational leadership (detailed, tactical insights) and Executive leadership (strategic, risk-focused dashboards)
Automate data extraction and reporting wherever possible, reducing manual processes over time
Establish real-time or near-real-time reporting capabilities
Create executive-level presentation decks summarizing IAM performance and risk posture
Partner in a dotted-line capacity with the broader Information Security Metrics team to ensure: Accurate data feeds, Proper reporting cadence, Alignment with enterprise security reporting standards
Present findings and insights confidently to senior and executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5–7+ years of experience in IT Security metrics and reporting
Direct experience building metrics, KPIs, and KRIs within an IAM environment
Demonstrated experience building automated reporting solutions
Strong experience reporting to executive leadership
Advanced Power BI expertise (required)
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel
Deep understanding of IAM functions (access provisioning, certifications, privileged access, governance)
Experience designing sustainable, automated reporting programs
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives without day-to-day direction
Preferred
Prior experience building IAM-specific metrics programs within a regulated industry
Experience aligning IAM metrics to enterprise security and risk frameworks
