Responsibilities
Act as the primary Subject Matter Expert for Supplier Management within Oracle Fusion
Oversee supplier onboarding, maintenance, and deactivation ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Validate supplier documentation including tax forms, banking details, contracts, and compliance certifications
Ensure accuracy and completeness of supplier master data to support downstream procurement and payment processes
Partner with business stakeholders, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure supplier due diligence standards are met as needed
Report on and monitor supplier lifecycle workflows and proactively resolve issues or bottlenecks
Develop and maintain SOPs, reference guides, and training materials for supplier management processes
Deliver training and ongoing support to procurement teams and business users
Analyze supplier data to identify risks, redundancies, inefficiencies, and opportunities for standardization
Support audit readiness by ensuring supplier records meet documentation and compliance requirements
Collaborate with Accounts Payable to resolve supplier-related payment and invoice issues
Partner with the Global Process Owner to drive process improvements and Oracle Fusion enhancements
Support change management initiatives related to ERP upgrades, policy changes, or new compliance requirements
Coordinate and execute system testing related to supplier management enhancements or releases
Stay current with Oracle Fusion updates and upcoming supplier management functionalities
Act as a key liaison between procurement, finance, IT, and business stakeholders
Act as a point of contact for suppliers with queries around the registration/ onboarding process and supplier portal
Ensure consistent global application of supplier management policies and procedures
Support reporting and KPI development related to supplier performance, compliance, and data quality
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or vendor master data management
Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP supplier management modules
Excellent understanding of supplier onboarding, compliance, and master data governance
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools
Demonstrated ability to develop training materials and deliver workshops
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global, fast-paced environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting audits and compliance initiatives
Ability to mentor, influence, and collaborate across cross-functional teams
High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and controls
