Budget Analyst - Active Secret Security Clearance
MDAEdge is seeking a Budget Analyst to oversee facilities and ensure a safe work environment. The role involves implementing safety policies, managing risk work orders, and coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities
Oversee 20+ facilities to support the Director of Corporate Services
Implement policies to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
Administer fire safety, health inspections, testing, and maintenance of records
Maintain physical space to ensure a safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant environment
Receive, manage, and process safety and risk work order requests; resolve problems quickly
Act as liaison between employees and outside contractors for technical issues
Draft and implement safety and risk policies
Ensure safety standards are followed throughout facilities
Participate in emergency preparedness planning
Apply for or assist with environmental permits, licenses, and approvals
Inspect for OSHA violations and safety issues; coordinate corrective actions and provide employee training via the training system
Serve on Crisis Management, Safety Communications, and Facility Emergency Task Force
Monitor corporate services supplies; order facility supplies and maintain vendor relationships
Develop and conduct environmental health and safety training; maintain course materials on the LMS system
Assist in planning monthly safety topics and preparing weekly corporate services reports by consolidating notes
Develop and maintain digital filing system via SharePoint for all offices
Standardize safety supplies; research deals and suppliers
Maintain contact list of facility points of contact; communicate office requirements
Update space allotment on SharePoint and distribute to finance
Act as point of contact for vendors supporting corporate services
Liaise with Director of Corporate Services for internal client requests
Ensure adherence to OSHA, state, and local safety regulations
Educate and oversee employees on health and safety procedures
Monitor workplace safety guideline compliance
Prepare company for health and safety document submissions
Promote safer work equipment, materials, and supplies
Track incidents, produce reports, and coordinate with HR
Monitor exposure to hazardous chemicals
Report to OSHA and relevant organizations
Stay current on industry trends and best practices
Collaborate with stakeholders like legislators and politicians
Coordinate with property owners on lease-related safety issues
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Active Secret security clearance required
Bachelor's degree from accredited college/university plus 10 years relevant experience (Master's may substitute for 1 year)
High School Diploma/GED plus 20+ years, Associate's plus 14 years, or Bachelor's plus 12 years also considered
High proficiency in PC use with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Deltek
Knowledge of GFEBS and Army's LMP software
Use of Power BI, Power Queries, and dashboarding a plus
Ability to understand building plans
Experience with handling and shipping
Knowledge of safety regulations
Ability to manage multiple projects
Ability to develop and maintain safety-training programs
Effective training skills
Coordinate with building vendors
High analysis and presentation skills
High level of interpersonal and communication skills; team player
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments

Ability to bend, lift 40 lbs, stretch, climb, crawl, and work on ladders for inspections
