Responsibilities

Oversee full‑cycle execution of IT automation initiatives within GMP manufacturing operations

Guide cross‑functional project teams, coordinating tasks, timelines, and communication across technical groups

Monitor project performance and proactively resolve issues that impact scope, schedule, or resources

Ensure equipment installation, troubleshooting, qualification, and validation activities align with project expectations

Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and initiating new project opportunities

Required

At least five years of experience working with IT automation systems in a technical capacity

Strong knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA, MES platforms, and standard IT/OT automation technologies

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including MS Project, and strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
