Responsibilities

Manage functional activities related to NPES Recapitalization (Recap) efforts

Develop and maintain NPES Recap policies, plans, and procedures

Coordinate functional requirements across teams and stakeholders

Track the progress and performance of Recap functional deliverables

Identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities in the Recap processes

Support resource planning and functional alignment with program goals

Provide regular functional status updates and reports to leadership
