The Clinical Leader Intern role involves assisting in the design and delivery of evidence-based behavioral health services for children, working under the supervision of licensed Clinical Leaders.

Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA services using play-based, evidence-based strategies
Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders
Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills
Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings
Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, supported by senior clinicians
Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in-field coaching opportunities
Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity
Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders
Collaborate with Training and Operations teams as part of your learning experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines, or a closely related field: Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy)
One of the following experience pathways: 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Reliable transportation
Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role
Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated)
Comfort working with diverse populations
