Responsibilities
Own the primary user-facing features
Build and evolve the design system
Bridge AI capabilities with intuitive experiences
Qualification
Required
4+ years designing and shipping production-grade products
Strong visual and interaction design foundation
Experience designing complex software products
Understanding of information architecture, user flows, and design systems
Demonstrated technical ability through AI-assisted prototyping, code contributions, or willingness to learn production development
Expert in design tools and systems thinking, including Figma, design systems, component libraries, and interaction patterns
Experience designing and maintaining design systems that scale across products
Ability to use AI coding assistants to translate concepts into working prototypes rapidly
Experience shipping AI-native features to production
Understanding of the unique challenges of building with LLMs
Ability to ground design decisions in user research and real feedback
Ownership of the end-to-end experience from initial sketches to final implementation
Ability to advocate for users while balancing business constraints and technical feasibility
Ability to see impossible UX challenges as opportunities to innovate
Enthusiasm for design craft that elevates the design bar for the entire team
