Qualification
Required
Degree and 4-6 years' experience
Valid Washington State Driver's license required
Must pass a criminal background check
Must have an advanced understanding and experience in Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra AD)
Must have an advanced understanding and experience in Microsoft Active Directory
Must have an advanced understanding and experience in Desktop Operating Systems (Windows 11, Mac OS)
Must have an advanced understanding and experience in Desktop Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
Must have an advanced understanding and experience in Mobile Operating Systems (iOS, Android)
Must have an advanced understanding and experience in Networking (DNS, DHCP, connectivity)
Must have an advanced understanding and experience in Windows networking (File sharing, printing)
Preferred
Voice-over-IP phone systems
Surveillance Systems, Network Video Recorders
Basic Ethernet termination and testing
