Strategic Accounts Program Manager
Allied Universal® Technology Services is a global leader in transforming the security industry, and they are seeking a Program Manager for their Strategic Accounts Team. The Program Manager will ensure the success of assigned programs through effective contract management, financial reporting, scheduling, quality assurance, and safety oversight.

Responsibilities
Manage the development of strategic plans, budgets, reports, and financial forecasts
Update, develop, and implement processes while planning, organizing, and facilitating meetings with consistent follow-up and clear communication to all stakeholders
Ensures that the requirements of the contract and customer are met
Serve as the primary customer contact for all contract and construction-related matters
Enforce a strict safety program focused on accident prevention and maintaining a safe work environment for employees, subcontractors, visitors, and the public
Facilitate and confirm all program activities protect company assets and align with company policies and procedures
Lead, manage and direct the program, as well as staffing activities including training, evaluating and coaching
Support Business Development and Project Development teams by identifying and pursuing new opportunities and preparing estimates and proposals for potential work
Qualification
Required
Must possess one or more of the following: Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering
Must possess one or more of the following: Technical Associate's degree in electronics with 3 years of construction-based experience
Must possess one or more of the following: High school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of construction-based work experience
Current driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)
Ability to work various shifts and weekends, as dictated by the operational needs of the team
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines
Minimum of five (5) years of progressively more responsible field construction and management experience
Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory or management-level experience
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments, and effectively manage deadlines
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology
Ability to successfully interact with internal and external stakeholders and as a team player required
Preferred
Master's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Security experience with CCTV, card readers, security software, and security fencing or relatable
