Manage and respond to inquiry emails in a timely and professional manner
Schedule photoshoot sessions and coordinate drivers for complimentary shoots
Create client appointments and follow up on scheduling holds
Assist with post-event administrative tasks as needed
Occasionally provide coverage for part-time event shifts when required
Qualification
Required
1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience)
Office Assistant, I: Requires little to no related experience
Office Assistant, II: Requires at least 1 year of related experience
Preferred
Clear, professional, and effective verbal and written communication for emails, phone calls, and scheduling
