Responsibilities

Work with composite prepreg material
Tool prep for layup
Apply cut graphite or glass prepreg plies to tool. After cure de-tool part and remove flashing and prep part for secondary bonding
Powered and non-powered hand tools used throughout process
Bond hardware to composite parts using adhesives
Follow build instructions, read blueprints and technical data

Required

Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Experience working with composite materials, and use of hand tools in a manufacturing environment
U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
