Start in 2026 SummerWillkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is an elite international law firm looking for a Learning & Technology Adoption Intern for their 2026 Summer internship program. The intern will support the LTA team by developing training programs, facilitating training sessions, and managing class schedules.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Develop and update training programs and materials
Facilitate existing training both in-person and remote
Create and update documentation around team processes and procedures
Schedule classes and track attendance in the firms Learning Management System (LMS)
Enter & track work in the firms project management system
Give and receive feedback on content developed
Perform additional tasks as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to work from June through August
Must be in the process of completing an associates or undergraduate degree
Experience in facilitating training to groups and individuals
Experience in developing training programs and materials
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Ability to sit at a desk most of the working day and walk short distances
Needs manual dexterity, speed and accuracy in handling office equipment
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption
Ability to work in close proximity to other individuals
Ability to moderate objects, e.g., files, small objects and supplies a short distance
Must be able to lift, carry and move objects up to 25 lbs
