Responsibilities
Develop and mentor a team of engineers with different but interrelated roles
Triage and understand new and emerging issues
Communicate current states of incoming bugs and forecast projections
Manage the changes from engineering as they make their way into the different builds
Defend the build against newly introduced bugs
Deploy the latest tools available tools inside and outside of Apple
Qualification
Required
Bachelors in Computer Science or related degree
iOS Swift Development Experience and or Python
Critical problem solving skills with attention to the details and nuance of complex issues
Proven ability to inspire, coach, train, and develop team members to deliver high quality software
Experience adapting to challenges, providing support, and leading by example in a constantly changing environment
Proven track record leading cross-functional efforts around the software development lifecycle
Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong software development lifecycle and testing understanding and experience
