Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on agricultural, turf, and compact construction equipment
Conduct field-based diagnosis and repair services as needed
Utilize technical manuals and specialized tools to complete complex repairs
Maintain accurate service records, reports, and parts requests
Ensure vehicles, tools, inventory, and equipment are properly maintained
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Communicate professionally with customers, manufacturers, and team members
Qualification
Required
At least 5 years of professional experience performing service repairs
High School Diploma or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Proficiency with service advisor software and basic computer functions
Ability to safely lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly
Valid, insurable driver's license
Ability to obtain a valid DOT medical card within two weeks of hire
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Professional communication and customer service skills
Preferred
Associate's degree
