Responsibilities
Gather and interpret data to support problem solving across multiple functions
Identify issues and opportunities and recommend solutions that support the business
Create reporting and metrics and provide analysis that drives action and resolution
Present findings in ways that enable understanding, alignment, and informed decisions
Support business process improvements and respond to customer and stakeholder requests
Work across functions and levels within the organization to support shared objectives
Document business processes and recommend enhancements
Exercise judgment in financial, operational, or transactional analysis to resolve issues
Operate effectively in an ambiguous and evolving business environment
Organize and prioritize multiple activities at once
Work independently and in cross‑functional teams
Partner across geographies and cultures
Influence and collaborate with peers to achieve outcomes through others
Serve as an escalation contact for internal and external partners

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field or up to three years of related business experience
Concise written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented with intellectual curiosity
Self‑starter who works independently with general supervision
Capacity to apply critical thinking
Proficient PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Up to 25% domestic and international travel may be required
Comfortable working in a fun, agile, fast‑paced business environment
