Responsibilities
Lead global project team to execute projects within the Systems Engineering
Lead reviews of the system requirements, architecture, and integration
Break down system specifications into sub-system requirements
Responsible for Hardware and Controls Software integration
Provide primary customer interface and technical negotiations regarding product
Propose project resource requirements and manage actual against approved cost
Help monitoring product reliability and warranty
Conduct issue root cause analysis
Create product engineering specific timing plans and track and report progress
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Automotive Engineering
96 months of experience in job offered or related in Systems engineering
Experience in propulsion system power electronics, motors, hardware and controls development, integration and execution
Experience with Polarion
Experience with electric drive systems and power electronics
Experience in complex systems with mechatronics and electrical machines
Experience in ASPICE, functional safety, and cyber security standards
