Oracle Business System Analyst (Finance)
TTM Technologies, Inc. is a leading global manufacturer of technology products, including advanced printed circuit boards. They are seeking a motivated individual to join their team as an Entry-Level Support Business Analyst, specializing in Finance applications, to support and enhance Oracle E-Business Suite modules and assist business teams with support tickets.

Responsibilities
Respond to user inquiries and provide timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide effective solutions
Write and maintain documentations to ensure accurate resources are shared; document requirements, testing, changes, and corrections to facilitate knowledge sharing
Conduct user training sessions to educate users on new processes and system functionalities
Manage multiple support tickets and projects concurrently and deliver high quality results
Assist in the support and ongoing enhancement of the Oracle E-Business Suite
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Demonstrated interest in learning about business systems and supply chain processes
Demonstrate a self-starter attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to take on new challenges with a positive and proactive approach
Travel may be required to support implementation projects go live, generally less than 10%
Qualification
Required
Bachelors/Masters in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Business Management, or related field
Self-driven and proactive with a desire to learn, contribute, and assist others
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and writing skills, with keen attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
Create clear, complete and concise documents and analytical instruments
Facilitate and lead meetings with all levels of internal and external personnel
Ability to coordinate tasks amongst a small team and negotiate solutions across functions

Prior experience with Oracle EBS or other ERP systems
Some level of knowledge in SQL and Oracle EBS applications
