Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Curriculum Product Leads (CPLs), fostering strong functional expertise, accountability, and continuous improvement across the cohort to ensure the team meets evolving business needs
Operationalize the global learning roadmap by integrating generative AI tools to accelerate development cycles. Ensure the team effectively leverages AI to scale content availability in alignment with monthly product release milestones
Drive curriculum design and structure for the NetSuite Next platform. Ensure functional learning paths are optimized for an AI-forward learner experience, emphasizing outcome-based mastery and context-aware guidance
Serve as the primary functional liaison with Product Management and Go-to-Market teams. Ensure detailed product specifications and roadmap changes are accurately reflected in the architecture of multi-modal learning solutions
Apply modern people-management and execution practices - including prioritization, work planning, and coaching - to maximize team effectiveness. Lead the shift from feature-based documentation to durable, business-outcome-driven learning models that remain resilient through UI and platform evolution
Own the technical accuracy and long-term health of the curriculum portfolio. Identify high-churn or high-risk learning areas and direct AI-enabled maintenance efforts to prevent content degradation and protect learner trust

Required

5 + years of experience leading high-performing technical or functional teams and managing complex processes or programs in a SaaS environment
10 + years of experience in software curriculum architecture, product strategy, or functional instructional design, including aligning digital adoption platforms (DAPs) with eLearning strategies
Demonstrated ability to apply generative AI to content architecture, translation workflows, and learning automation to support global scale and consistency
Proven success guiding teams through major platform transitions and large-scale digital transformations (e.g., NetSuite Classic to NetSuite Next)
Exceptional ability to translate product roadmaps into customer-facing value and align learning strategies with Go-to-Market priorities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
