Responsibilities

Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks supporting up to five C-level executives including the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief People Officer; managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports, composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings
Plans, coordinates, and ensures the Executives' schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situation for direct access to the Executives' time
Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Executives, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines the appropriate course of action, referral, or response
Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Executives and internal teams, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior leaders
Prioritizes conflicting needs, handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through with projects to successful completion. often with deadline pressures
Participates as an adjunct member of the Executive Team, including assisting in scheduling meetings and taking notes during all meetings
Supports in-person client meetings and events as needed
Perform an additional duties to support company leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree required
Strong work tenure; at least 5 years of experience supporting C-level Executives required
Efficiency and attention to detail
Flexibility, energy, high values and a great can-do attitude
Ability to exercise sound judgment and determine priorities independently
High level of confidentiality
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to work in our Dallas office as this is not a remote role
