Responsibilities
Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
Serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports
Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of related experience; 0 Years with Masters or an additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD security clearance (Secret, Top Secret; etc.)
Experience in project management/ execution and closeout
Skilled use of Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project)
Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management principles
Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Ability to establish a solid working relationship with technical staff, peers, and customers
Experience planning, scheduling, and managing projects
Experience developing content, packaging, and briefing communication to small groups
Preferred
In scope active DoD Secret clearance
Knowledge with Earned Value Management System
Schedule management, budget management, stakeholder management, and performance management
Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills
Knowledge of Earned Value Management Concepts
