Responsibilities
Development, modification, and implementation of Inland Empire Health Plan’s internal/external applications
Qualification
Required
At least three (3) years of experience developing multi-tiered, efficient, highly responsive web applications
Candidates must possess solid work experience in client side through middle-tier/back-end web development
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited institution required
Strong knowledge and understanding of Client-side implementations and frameworks such as AngularJS
Strong knowledge and understanding of Software development languages C# & Java with an acute emphasis toward web service development (WCF, Web API)
Strong knowledge and understanding of Web UI development (JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, and HTML)
Strong knowledge and understanding of Development architecture (MVVM and MVC)
Strong knowledge and understanding of Database design & development (MS SQL, ORACLE, MySQL)
Strong knowledge and understanding of Configuring hosting environments for web applications (IIS)
Acute analysis, observation, and good communication skills
Strong skills in the server-side development stack
Ability to work well in a team is essential

Healthcare experience is preferred
