Responsibilities
Assist with the preparation, organization, and tracking of materials, equipment, documentation, and related resources
Support routine operational, administrative, and project-related activities, including data entry, research, coordination, and basic analysis
Maintain accurate and timely records using applicable systems and software
Ensure proper handling, storage, and documentation of materials and information in accordance with company procedures and safety requirements
Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance as assigned
Clean and maintain glassware, equipment, work areas, and sample coolers to support daily operations and ensure a safe, organized workspace
Communicate professionally and effectively with team members and supervisors
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required; must be pursuing a degree in Chemistry, Biology, Industrial Technology, or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and general computer applications
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Prior internship, academic research, laboratory, or practical experience
