Responsibilities
Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans
Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding benefits questions, enrollment, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment
Maintain and update benefits information in Paycom, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and HIPAA
Coordinate with benefits vendors, brokers, and payroll teams to resolve issues and support seamless benefits administration
Conduct benefits orientations and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes related to benefits
Support benefits-related audits, reporting, and reconciliations
Partner with HR and leadership to communicate benefits updates, changes, and enhancements effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
3–5 years of experience in benefits administration
Strong, hands‑on Paycom system experience is required
Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
Working knowledge of employee benefits regulations, ACA reporting, COBRA, and ERISA compliance
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset
Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
