Data And AI Engagement Lead

The Data & AI Engagement Lead is responsible for driving client engagement and growth, managing key business metrics, and delivering high-impact solutions in the Wealth Management domain.
Responsibilities
Create and drive Incedo’s Data & AI sales strategy and overall GTM for key Wealth Management clients
Be accountable for the execution of the GTM strategy/ plan and deliver on key business metrics – net new Digital sales revenue
Develop long-term sales pipeline to increase Incedo’s market share in Digital, Data & AI Services and solutions
Be accountable for achieve a define Gross Margin, building and ensuring high quality, profitable Data & AI business
Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C- level for mid-to-large accounts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry
Ability to manage client stakeholders across all levels
Exposure to client management, presentations, engagement/program management, etc
Experience in new opportunity identification, developing solution frameworks and proposals
In client communications for all important functions including data understanding/ exploration strategizing solutions, etc
Oral, written, power point presentation skills
Problem solving skills with ability to translate a vaguely defined business problem into digital and analytical solution framework
To understand and analyze business metrics. Ability to influence business/tech stakeholders
Thinking skills with an ability to deal both at high level and at micro level at any point
In designing end-to-end Data, AI and Digital solutions integrating Data Science, Data Engineering and Data Visualization capabilities
Analytical, mathematical, logical, interpersonal, team management, and client management skills
Experience for the HiTech and ISV clients, solving a wide array of business problems
Understanding of key analytics use cases for HiTech/ISV clients such as Customer Experience and lifecycle management, Sales and Marketing, Personalization, Predictive Maintenance, Support Ops Analytics etc
Qualification
Required
Bachelors/Masters (Engineering/ Commerce/ Economics/Maths/Stats/MBA) from a top-tier university
12+ years of experience in Data /Data Science/Analytics sector in a Client Management/ Consulting
7+ years of experience in working for/consulting with HiTech/ISV clients
Ability to drive commercial and delivery excellence by driving operational and commercial metrics - Revenue, Gross Margin, Net Margin
