Staff Software Engineer - Automation Tech Lead

Responsibilities
Leading implementation of robust automation solutions
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and program personnel to embed automated solutions into the development lifecycle, testing, pipelines and processes for our Electronic Warfare systems
Participate in planning, priority setting, metric definition, and project roadmap creation ensuring automation initiatives align with program objectives and schedules
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience/education
Experience with Automation Tools and languages (Robot, Python or related)
Experience with software design and implementation
Experience with integration and testing
Experience working with a team in an Agile development environment
The ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance required - Obtaining a security clearance requires US citizenship
Preferred
Proficient software development skills in C++/C or related language
Experience with Linux operating systems
Experience with modern DevOps tools and principles
Knowledge of Electronic Warfare techniques and algorithms
Experience in Project Management activities (Planning, scheduling, tracking, metrics, etc.)
