Responsibilities
Provide exemplary and nurturing relationships with customers to understand their needs and business goals
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and establish an account plan for each customer
Identify opportunities to grow business by educating existing clients for upselling and cross-selling
Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs to grow revenue year over year
Conduct regular outbound calls and email outreach to maintain client engagement
Prepare and deliver tailored product presentations, proposals, and quotes
Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Engineering, Operations) to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and opportunities in the CRM system
Process customer quotes, work orders, shipping docs, invoices, and rarely “returns”
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualification
Required
5+ years work experience
3+ years account management experience
1 year Business Central/Dynamics 365 experience
Show self-motivation and positive thinking for others to follow
Organize yourself—with the ability to emphasize time related to revenue growth
Be punctual and reliable in your attendance
Work well in a team environment serving other departments and various customers
Have excellent communication skills
Be a self-starter with good time management skills
