Responsibilities

Support both the Human Resources and Training & Staff Development teams with a variety of projects related to employee learning, engagement, and compliance
Exposure to several areas, including onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, training program design and delivery, new employee orientation, and other key initiatives
Complete at least one key project to enhance your learning experience and highlight your resume
Hands-on experience in various Human Resources and Training functions
Opportunity to work with dynamic Human Resources and Training teams in a professional setting
Gaining basic knowledge of Human Resources laws and regulations
Enhancing verbal and written communication skills
Experience with various technology platforms, including ADP and Cornerstone
Assisting with instructional design (learn framework) and training materials
Supporting training delivery and facilitation
Learning to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness
Developing time management, prioritization, and reporting skills
Strengthening professional communication and presentation skills
Collaborating with teams across the organization
Interpreting training data and feedback
Identifying challenges and proposing solutions

Required

Availability to work 40 hours/week throughout the duration of the internship (10 weeks, from June 1 – August 7, 2026)
Third- or fourth-year college student in active pursuit of a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Education or related, and a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or above
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion
Open to feedback and eager to develop professionally through hands-on experience
Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and a growth mindset
Comfortable with public speaking or facilitation; eager to practice presentation skills in a professional setting
Team oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks
Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace
