Responsibilities
Support the clinical laboratory's daily oversight by promoting efficient workflows, providing coaching, and addressing troubleshooting and issue resolution as they arise
Serve as a key communication link between laboratory staff and upper management while offering ongoing support to the laboratory team
Ensure all procedures are performed in accordance with established scientific methodologies and specialized analytical techniques, maintaining full compliance with applicable regulatory standards
Supervise day-to-day laboratory operations
Ensure adherence to quality management system policies and procedures
Monitor employee productivity
Provide guidance and coaching to support performance and operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in science related field
Minimum of 3+ years in a clinical laboratory, with 1 (CAP) years' experience in high complexity molecular testing (CAP)
All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
