2026 Conversion - Raytheon Fulltime Electrical Engineer I - Onsite
RTX is a company dedicated to helping the nation and allies defend freedoms and deter aggression. They are seeking an Electrical Engineer I to assist in designing and developing test products within multidiscipline engineering teams, contributing to all stages of test product development.

Responsibilities
Assist in designing, developing, and integrate Raytheon test products within Test Equipment in multidiscipline engineering teams
Assist in developing both engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, technical drawing creation, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis
Contribute to the completion of all stages of test product development, and assist in performing technical, cost and schedule management of assigned projects
Act, either as a part of the team or independently, to uncover and resolve issues associated with the development and implementation of test products
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internship)
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
Preferred
Specific majors: Electrical Engineering
3.0 cumulative GPA desired
Completion of 1 internship in a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
