Responsibilities
Analyze complex business problems using advanced data analytics and automation techniques to identify root causes and recommend effective technology solutions
Define key metrics and success criteria to measure progress and impact of data-driven initiatives
Identify, assess, and validate data sources ensuring data quality and fitness for purpose across multiple business domains
Translate business requirements into actionable data strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Develop and deliver compelling data insights tailored to complex stakeholder needs
Lead data quality management efforts to enhance business performance and compliance
Collaborate with partner teams to gain alignment, adoption, and sustained impact from solutions built on complex external data
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Arts, Finance or related field and 4 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 2 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
6 years' experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or related field
Preferred
Data science, data analysis, statistics, or related field
Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Related industry experience (for example, retail, merchandising, healthcare, eCommerce)
Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools and scripting languages (for example, SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau)
