Responsibilities
Build and strengthen our quality systems from the ground up
Develop process flows, control plans, PFMEAs, and risk controls
Own customer-facing quality activities, including PPAP and corrective actions
Establish strong material and production traceability
Lead structured root cause analysis and permanent corrective action
Develop meaningful KPIs (PPM, scrap, first-pass yield, cost of poor quality)
Train and mentor operators and supervisors on standards and expectations
Help us shift from reactive inspection to proactive prevention
Qualification
Required
Experienced in manufacturing quality leadership
Comfortable in front of customers and on the shop floor
Structured, disciplined, and process-oriented
Able to influence without alienating
Calm under pressure when production gets loud
Preferred
Ideally trained in Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive environments — because you understand rigor
