Providing service to multiple customers each day
Completing work orders same day (Advanced) or next business day (Basic)
Following up with the customer within a designated time frame
Providing their own tools
Providing their own car
Completing a technical assessment
Qualification
Required
Must complete Dell Certified Technician certifications prior to being assigned work orders
Availability to complete work orders same day (Advanced) or next business day (Basic)
Typical work availability requirement is 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday
Ability to handle 'out of hours' work assignments on occasion
Ability to follow-up with customers within a designated time frame
Required to provide own tools
Required to provide own car
Must pass a strict drug and background check
Must obtain a Covid-19 vaccine or provide proof of exemption or deferral based on a valid religious or medical reason
Completion of a technical assessment as part of the application process
