SLEEP PROGRAM ASSISTANT (PRN) - SLEEP CENTER
Northwest Specialty Hospital is seeking a detail-oriented, customer service-focused Sleep Program Assistant to join their Sleep Center Team. This role provides administrative, operational, and patient-support services for the sleep laboratory, coordinating sleep study services and supporting clinical staff while ensuring efficient day-to-day program operations.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sleep lab program, including scheduling, record management, and correspondence
Maintain accurate patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Prepare reports, logs, and program documentation for leadership and regulatory compliance
Coordinate with sleep technologists, providers, and clinical staff to support smooth lab operations
Assist with special projects related to program growth or process improvement
Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and organizational policies
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Demonstrates eligibility for employment in the United States
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to relate and work effectively with others
Demonstrated verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated computer skills in utilizing word processing, integrated database and other functions
